One of our theme park passes is included in another guest. How do we fix this?

    Hiya, Patrice! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy! Your magical trip is only a few days away and I imagine that you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight. I'd love to help make sure your plans look practically perfect in every way before you head on your grand adventure. It will be as easy as bibbidi-bobbidi-boo! Let me just grab my magic wand...

First, you'll want to make sure your entire travel party is included in your Family & Friends List. You can check that by logging into your account, hovering your mouse over My Disney Experience, then clicking My Family & Friends. Make sure you can see your whole travel party! If not, you can easily link them to this list by clicking Add a Guest. I find that I have the most success when choosing the "Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation" option.

Next, let's double-check that the people in your travel party have their tickets! Hover your mouse over My Disney Experience and click My Plans. Scroll down until you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and toggle over to "Tickets & Memory Maker." The people that are in your travel party should be listed here with their tickets.

Now, let's get to the Theme Park Reservations! While you're on this page, toggle back to "Daily Itinerary" and continue to scroll past "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." You should be able to see the Theme Park Reservations you've made and the people in your travel party who have the same Theme Park Reservation. If there is a mistake, such as an additional Guest is listed that is not in your travel party, you have two choices:
    • First, you can choose to cancel this Theme Park Reservation and book again. I would highly recommend first checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before doing this because I wouldn't want you to cancel your reservation and not be able to reserve your desired park again. Luckily, at the time of viewing the calendar, it looks like all theme parks are available. If you would like to choose this option, just click View Details next to your Theme Park Reservation, click Cancel This Reservation, then head back to the Theme Park Reservation page and make your reservation again with the correct number of Guests.
    • Your second option could be contacting one of the amazing Cast Members. They're a little like fairy godparents who may be able to sprinkle some pixie dust on the situation! You are welcome to call a Cast Member and they will be happy to help you modify your reservations. If you choose this option, I'd call first thing in the morning when phone lines open since their magic can sometimes be in high demand.
Patrice, have you downloaded the My Disney Experience app? This is like holding a magic wand in your hand while you're on vacation, unlocking everything that The Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer! My favorite reasons to use this app are to check wait times for attractions and to mobile order food. As someone who often has a rumbly in her tumbly, I find this option very helpful!

I hope I was able to help you today. If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
