I have one son who is 12 and another who is 10. We are travelling on the Dream in March and am wondering if they will be able to go to the same kids programs/clubs? I heard the age for the tween was 11-13 and the younger group of kids 8-10. thank you

Welcome aboard, Danielle! Your whole family, but especially your two sons are going to have an absolutely magical vacation when you set sail on the Disney Dream this spring!

I'm happy to tell you that your sons can indeed enjoy the Youth Clubs together should they choose to do so. The Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab are clubs for ages three through 12. Edge is the tween club for children ages 11 - 14. So, your boys can certainly have fun together during the exciting events in the Club and Lab. However, since they're on the older side of that age range, the Edge's programming may be more their style. I'm happy to let you know that usually a 10 year-old who is with an older sibling or friend is normally happily welcomed into Edge as well with parental consent.

On the first day onboard the Dream, stop by the clubs during Open House hours. This way your sons can get a feel for what the spaces are like and can chat with the counselors about the fun activities they can expect. While you're at Edge for Open House, talk to the counselors about the possibility of your younger son joining in on the fun there with his brother. Hopefully that works out!

Then, they can check out the Personal Navigator each day. This schedule of the ship's events and activities is delivered to your stateroom each evening for the next day. You might bring a different colored highlighter for each family member so you can each mark your "must-do's" and your boys can decide which club to enjoy based on the schedule of events that sounds best to them.

    Have fun planning, Danielle!
