Hello, John. I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion. Oops! I mean - I am Michelle, your personal planDisney panelist. I'm here to help!
I hear you're working on your travel plans to
The Most Magical Place on Earth this September but are only seeing one of your reservations. I'd love to help you take a few steps to make sure all of your reservations are linked so you can continue with your magical planning!
First, try to locate the confirmation number for your missing reservation. Most likely, you'll be able to find this confirmation number in your email if you've made this reservation online. Then, all you need to do is head to the
Link Reservations and Purchases page! Select which type of reservation you're missing (such as Resort Reservation or Vacation Package) and type in your confirmation number to link it to your
My Disney Experience account.
You can double-check that all of your reservations are linked correctly by logging into your account online. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down until you can see all of your plans at a glance and make sure that you're able to see all of your reservations!
John, don't forget that you're able to make your
advance dining reservations 60 days prior to your trip! For you, that means you can make these reservations on July 17. Not only that, but Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel can make dining reservations 60 days before your trip for your entire length of stay (up to 10 days). My personal favorite places to make reservations are
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen in
Magic Kingdom Park and
Via Napoli in
EPCOT. Also, be sure that you've made your
Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system! This is the best way to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.
John, I hope you were satisfied with your care today. If you have any other questions, please visit us again. As my friend Baymax says, "I am always with you."
*fist bump* Bah-a-la-la-la!
Michelle
