Hi! One more question for you.........do you have to have a passport for the 3-night Bahamas cruise or can you use your driver's license along with your birth certificate? Is it the same for kids under 16 too? Been reading conflicting information. Thanks!!

    Hi again, Shawn!

Technically, yes, you only need your birth certificate and photo ID for the 3-night Bahamian cruise, however if you have time, it's certainly worth the peace of mind to have a passport with you and for the kids as well.

I like to know that if I step off in a port and something were to happen, I'd be able to get back to the United States with no issues. But, if a passport is not an option for you right now, be sure to have your birth certificates and driver's license. Children will need birth certificates as well.
Check out Disney Cruise Line's website about the specifics on travel documentation for the Bahamas.

Hope this helps, Shawn! You must be getting very excited about your cruise!
