    Can one get from the Port Orleans Riverside to MGMDisney without using a car or the resorts bus service?

    First my "cheeky" answer:  You'll actually need a time machine AND the resort bus service, since the name MGM Studios was retired at the end of 2007 (it's now called Disney's Hollywood Studios).  Sorry, couldn't resist. ;-)  I also, tend to still call it MGM!!

    A more serious answer: No, the only way to get to Hollywood Studios from Port Orleans Riverside (POR) is via Disney bus transportation (or car, or taxi). 

    You CAN, however get to Downtown Disney's Marketplace from POR using Disney Transportation's "Sassagoula River Cruise" boat.
