Hi Kristina!
It is great to see you here at
planDisney asking another vacation question! How exciting for you to be planning to attend the
Disney After Hours Boo Bash event. My family and I loved Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party when we attended a few years ago. While these two parties are not exactly the same, they share many of the same exciting features, and it would be my pleasure to offer you some tips and recommendations to ensure you have a spooktacular time.
Disney After Hours Boo Bash is a three-hour event beginning at 9:00 p.m. during the events in October. While the event begins at 9:00 p.m., Guests with tickets for Disney After Hours Boo Bash will be admitted into
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 7:00 p.m. on the valid date. You will not require an additional day theme park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation to enter at the earlier 7:00 p.m. time. My family chose to spend the day relaxing around the resort rather than attending one of the theme parks the day we attended the Halloween party, so we could enter Magic Kingdom at the earlier time and be well-rested for the late night of fun.
All Guests are welcome to dress in costumes for Disney After Hours Boo Bash, making it fun for the entire family. You can read the guidelines for wearing costumes on the
Disney Theme Parks and Water Parks - Frequently Asked Questions page under the Dressing for Halloween and Christmas Events heading.
Typically, at an After Hours event such as Disney After Hours Boo Bash, Guests will receive a special event guide. The guide will show Guests where to go for trick-or-treating throughout the park, where to find the complimentary ice cream novelties, popcorn, and select beverages, and what attractions will be open during the event. You can expect to enjoy some fabulous Character Cavalcades, incredible Halloween-themed snacks, and merchandise, and to see your favorite Characters dressed in costumes.
You are sure to have a frightfully fun time at this Halloween-themed event in
The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please stop back by planDisney if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
