Rochelle,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
Yes, your ECV (Electric Conveyance Vehicle) can be ridden straight onto the
boats that navigate the waters of Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon as you sail between the
Magic Kingdom,
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness. Typically, you should have no problem with either the ECV or the party of 11, as these tend to be larger boats that can easily carry your whole party, along with other guests. Of course, there are capacity limits to the vessels, so your party could theoretically have to split in two if you are the last few people onto a boat, but that is not typically an issue.
BONUS TIPWhen visiting the Wilderness Lodge, if you have the time, you will find two of my favorite lounges in all of Walt Disney World. The
Territory Lounge is located just off the lobby and has a cozy, log cabin ambiance. If you are feeling more outdoorsy,
Geyser Point Bar & Grill is an open-air, covered bar with comfy seating and fantastic waterside views. This second one is particularly convenient to navigate for your family member riding the ECV.
