Does one have to pay the Halloween party price to see the parade or the fireworks? Not interested in dressing up or going "trick or treating".

Yes. You will need a ticket to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party to be in the park at any time during this event. Guests who have party tickets will be given a special wrist band when they enter the park. Guests without tickets and without the wristband will be asked to leave when the party starts at 7:00 p.m.

You can see some of the Hallowishes fireworks from locations outside the park. For example, you can see Magic Kingdom fireworks from the dock at the Grand Floridian or the beach at the Polynesian. However, there is no way to see the Halloween parade unless you are actually inside the park.

You should know that while many Party guests do dress up and trick-or-treat during the Halloween Party, this is not at all required. Some Party guests just go to take advantage of the reduced lines for the rides or to see the Disney characters in their Halloween costumes. These things make the Party ticket price well worth it for many guests.
