One more ? If we have 2 families, altogether a party of 8- 4 adults, 4 kids(ages 13,9,7,2)- can we make one reservation even though we'll need 2 seperate rooms? Also would that be considered a GG ? Thanks for all your help so far!!!

It depends on how you're paying. My family often gets two rooms and we book them under one reservation because we are paying for them together. If one family/person is handling all the billing and paperwork with Disney, then you can have two rooms with one reservation number. If two families will be handling the costs separately, then you should make two reservations. Even with two reservations, you can still have the rooms linked if you want. You should discuss this with Disney reservations at 407-W-DISNEY. Grand Gatherings are for groups of 8 people and up. However, you won't qualify for Grand Gathering experiences because of the two-year-old in your group. Children under the age of three aren't part of the GG head count.
