    can you still get in one of the parks for free on your birthday this year.

    Hi, Kerry!  Unfortunately, the free birthday offer ended on December 31, 2009.  The promotion lasted the entire calendar year last year.

    There are still wonderful things that will help you celebrate your birthday at Walt Disney World.  To start with, make sure you stop in at Guest Services for your birthday button.  This button lets everyone know that you are celebrating, and that usually means some happy birthday greetings wherever you go. 

    Some of the restaurants offer something special for a birthday dessert.  In the past, places like Chef Mickey's and the Crystal Palace have done things like sprinkle your table with pixie dust (Mickey shaped confetti), or given the birthday person a special placemat. 

    I hope you find your birthday celebration at Walt Disney World to be an absolutely magical experience!
