Does one need to be a guest at one of the Disney resorts to ride the ferry/buses to the parks? Thank you!

    Hi Vanessa!

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney! I have great news to share! All Guests have complimentary access to Disney transportation, including bus, monorail, Disney Skyliner, and water transportation. While the Disney bus won't pick you up from your hotel (that is reserved for Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Guests,) you are able to take Disney transportation to and from the parks, Disney Resort Hotels, and Disney Springs. This makes it super convenient to park hop or grab a nice dinner at one of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels or Disney Springs.

If you visit Magic Kingdom, I highly recommend making an advanced dining reservation for California Grill. You can take the monorail directly from Magic Kingdom to Disney's Contemporary Resort for this amazing meal. You can also take a bus directly from any of the parks to Disney Springs. The shopping here is amazing! During my last trip, I spent an entire day at Disney Springs. I shopped at Zara, Sephora, and The World of Disney. I had dinner at The Polite Pig and listened to the live entertainment on stage.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
    Magically,
    Stacy
