Hi Diana!
YUM! Both restaurants in the Mexican Pavillon at Epcot are wonderful! However, our family really prefers the
San Angel Inn Restaurante which is located within the pyramid which houses most of this pavillion's attractions.
Not only do we love the cuisine here, but the atmosphere really can't be beat. Located at the end of a Mexican "bazaar" and overlooking parts of the
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Cabarellos attraction, there should be plenty of activity to keep a 4 year old mesmerized. I think I can stare at Mayan ruins across the waterway for hours!
Although some people may feel the restaurant is dark, we've never minded it. I only mention it in case that might be an issue for your child. Personally, I think it enhances the ambiance and helps it feel even cooler on a hot day.
Of course, I highly recommend making a reservation (up to 180 days in advance), since the restaurants do tend to fill up.
I hope you have a great time! And, if you have any more questions about planning your Walt Disney World vacation, please let us know. The Moms Panel loves to help!
