one of the members of our party may not be able to make it to Disney. I know I have to the deadline to remove them but what would i be charged if it were after i have paid. Would that be considered a new reservation?Would I be charged new rates?

Hi, Regina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you so much for stopping by with your question. You did not mention whether you had booked a room-only reservation or a Magic Your Way Vacation Package. The answer to your question is going to depend on the type of reservation you have. If it is a room-only reservation, then you have until five days before your check-in date to make modifications to your stay, including a change in your party's guests. If you have made a Magic Your Way Vacation Package reservation, then you have until 30 days before arrival to make all changes. Any change that you make after these noted deadlines will incur a $50 modification fee. You will still keep the same confirmation number and room rate at which you booked.

Regina, be sure to look for any available Special Offers that may apply to your vacation. Walt Disney World Resort offers many magical ones throughout the year! You can modify your reservation to include a Special Offer right within My Disney Experience or by calling a Resort Reservation Cast Member. The modification deadlines I spoke of above will also apply to any Special Offer additions.

I hope this helps you as you plan your pixie-dusted adventures! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
