Heigh-ho, Jennie! It’s off to Walt Disney World Resort you go!
I’m elated to hEAR your trip is TODAY! That is so very exciting, and I hope you’re ready to enjoy the magic of all four theme parks! I do hope you’re planning on stopping by my personal favorite park, EPCOT! Right now, you’ll find the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival going on with a plethora of festival booths full of delectable delights! I just love being able to taste a bit of everything being offered!
Jennie, if the reservations you are asking about are your Disney Resorts Collection reservations, including a Vacation Package with Room and Tickets, this would need to be handled by speaking with a friendly Cast Member at
Disney Resort Hotel Reservation Center. They will be happy to assist you.
If the reservation you’re speaking about is the
Disney Park Pass reservation, that is not a problem! I will be happy to walk you through the steps of canceling one Guest’s park pass reservation in your party. To do this,
-Open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app-Click on the three horizontal lines located on the bottom right corner
-Click on “My Plans”
-Scroll down & select the Disney Park Pass reservation you need to cancel
-Select the Cancel button (don’t worry, this will not cancel the entire party’s reservations)
-This will take you to a page where you will be able to select the member of the party you’d like to remove from the reservation and confirm, and then you’re all set!
If you’re speaking about your
dining reservation, you wouldn’t have to do anything. As long as the rest of your party shows up, there’s no penalty. The only thing you have to worry about is what you’ll be ordering for the most important part of the meal: dessert!
Have an enchanting time, Jennie!
