One member of our party is not going on our vacation. She has canceled her theme park tickets but how do we cancel her new park pass for each day without canceling all of ours?

Hi Amy!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I will be happy to assist you with your question.

You can view the Disney Park Pass reservations you have made under "My Plans" in My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website.  Select "Reservation Details" next to the Disney Park Pass you need to cancel.  The next screen should show all the members of your party that you have made the reservation for.  Just above your party members, you will see the words "Cancel this Park Pass".  Don't worry, you won't be canceling for everyone when you click this!  The next screen will ask you to select which Guests you would like to cancel.  (The default wording at the top states "Keep These Guests' Selections" until you select at least one Guest to cancel.) Select "Continue" at the bottom, and you should be all set.

Although Guests cannot make Disney Park Pass reservations through the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can view and cancel reservations using the app.  The wording is slightly different but the process is similar.  Simply click on the Disney Park Pass you wish to cancel, select the "X" cancel button, and the next screen will prompt you to select which Guest or Guests you need to cancel.

We are all learning as we prepare for Returning to a World of Magic and navigate our way around the new Disney Park Pass system.  Please feel free to stop by the Moms Panel again with any additional questions you may have.  We are always happy to help.
