One member of our party is on a low-sodium diet. I'm confident in navigating menu options at table service restaurants, but how can we know the nutrition information for quick service locations? Will we need to plan those ahead of time as well?

    Welcome Home Jordan *o*

With hundreds of dining options, at Walt Disney World, there is something for all our Guests who have dietary restrictions/allergies and planning ahead is a great idea.

If you haven't already, set up your My Disney Experience account and download the app. This is a wonderful tool for planning your entire Walt Disney World vacation and for gaining access to Quick Service Dining menus.  While there are a couple of ways to navigate, to the menu of a specific restaurant, the easiest is simply type the name into the search engine, on the My Disney Experience app.  Next, select Order Food which gives, the Guests, a more detailed description of the menu and should help you make a potential selection for your nutritional needs. If, during your stay,  you still have more questions or require more nutritional information, instead of using the Mobile Order, order within the restaurant and ask to speak to a chef or manager.  He/She will help guide you towards your dietary needs.

If we are speaking of a younger Guest, many menus offer a Disney Check, next to healthier food and beverage choices. These menu items meet Disney nutrition guidelines to help families make healthy choices for their younger family members.

I hope you find this information helpful and may your upcoming trip be filled with many memorable magical moments and memories.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
