Hi Beth, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! Our
PhotoPass pictures are probably my family’s favorite Disney souvenirs. We love to load them onto our digital picture frame at home so we can remember all of the most cherished moments from our vacations. And with Memory Maker, you’re going to have so many amazing pictures from your trip! So let’s talk about how your crew can access your PhotoPass pictures.
Memory Maker is associated with a single person, typically the individual who purchased it while logged into their MyDisney account. That person will be the only one who can download pictures, but they can post those photos on social media or share them with family and friends. In my family, I’m the one who purchases Memory Maker, so I periodically download pictures and share them on our family’s group chat. The
My Disney Experience app makes it easy to download pictures on the go, and you can even use the complimentary WiFi in the theme parks and resort hotels.
This doesn’t mean that you always have to scan your
MagicBand or Key to the World Card to link pictures to your MyDisney account. You’ll be able to
download photos and videos from members of your Family & Friends List (up to 25 people). So let’s say you’re waiting in the queue for TRON while your sister takes her kids to meet Mickey. If your sister scans her MagicBand to link photos at the Mickey meet and greet, you’ll still be able to download those pictures. Just make sure everyone in your party is connected to each other’s
Family & Friends List. If you’re not able to see someone’s photos, have them go into their Family & Friends List and find your profile. Next to your name, click the Edit Settings button, and double-check that the toggle is switched on to allow you to view their Disney PhotoPass photos. If you’re ever having any issues with your pictures, you can always give the Disney PhotoPass Support phone number a call.
When you’re at Disney World this week, don’t miss the
Tiny World and
Super Zoom Magic Shots in all four theme parks. These pictures are taken at a unique angle and really capture the fun of your Disney park day! My friends also love to stop by the
Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs because you get lots of great pictures with different backgrounds and props… all included with Memory Maker! And, even better, you don’t need a reservation.
I hope you have the best vacation ever at Disney World this week! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
