One of our family members is not longer able to join us on our Disney vacation. I have already registered all of the tickets. What do I do now? Can that one ticket be used at a later time?

    Hi Amy,

I am sorry to hear that someone is not able to join you on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. Hopefully, you will be able to visit the parks together at a later date.

If you purchased individual tickets, you should be able to de-link them from your family member's My Disney Experience for this trip. This is really not necessary but it makes it easier to keep track of tickets and Magic Bands. This ticket could be used at a later date.

If you purchased a package which included tickets, you will need to see what the cancellation policy is regarding a refund. In general, tickets included in a package are length-of-stay which means they are only good during your trip. This is why you would need to see the cancellation policy to have the money refunded.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
