Hi Florine! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When the
Disney Park Pass system launched on Monday, June 22, Guests with reservations at Disney Resort hotels or other select hotels and valid theme park admission linked to their
My Disney Experience account were eligible to make theme park reservations.
Annual Passholders may make their Disney Park Pass reservations beginning June 26, 2020, and all existing ticket holders may access the system beginning June 28, 2020. All Guests will need valid admission and park reservations to enter the theme parks when they reopen.
Many of us here at the Moms Panel logged in to make Disney Park Pass reservations, both for our own trips and also so we would have experience in using the system to help other Guests. Several of us with Annual Passes experienced some hiccups when attempting to make reservations for multiple trips. It appears that for the most part, those issues have since been resolved. If you haven't already, try accessing the system again and see if you can make your Disney Park Pass reservations. If you are still having difficulty, I have a few tips that may help. Try using a different web browser or an incognito window. If you have other tickets besides your Annual Pass linked to your account, temporarily reassign those to another profile in your Family & Friends list. You may also want to
check with the tech team to make sure everything is squared away with your My Disney Experience account.
Good luck! I will cross my fingers for you that everything works out the way you are hoping. If you have any additional questions, please stop by the Moms Panel again anytime. We are always happy to help.
Anne Marie
