Janis,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
This should not be a problem.
The steps you need to follow to pair these
tickets to your account begin with
finding the ticket confirmation numbers. I don't know how he ordered them, but that number is likely in an e-mail or on the
back of a physical ticket.
Next, you want to add them to your
My Disney Experience account. You do that by visiting the Walt Disney World website and go to
"My Disney Experience" from the top menu, at the far right. In that drop down menu, select
"My Plans". You should see a series of circles lined up horizontally, one each for different kinds of reservations. Hover over the
"Park Tickets" circle and then click on the
"Link" button that pops up. Enter your confirmation numbers and it will add them to your plans. You will need to add each ticket to your plans, and from there you may need to assign each ticket to you and to your husband (See Bonus Tip #2).
BONUS TIP #1Make sure you have your
My Disney Experience App installed on your smartphone so that all that valuable reservation info is there, right at your fingertips.
BONUS TIP #2Make sure, after adding the tickets, that each ticket is individually assigned to you and your husband. You can do that by going to your
"My Plans" page, and scroll down to the
"My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" area. You will see a tab for
"Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker". That is where, after adding the tickets to your account, you can assign each tickets to a person.
Please feel free to
write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.
Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
