There may be a chance that those tickets have expired. For the most part, you have 14 days to use your
theme park tickets, and the clock starts when you use that first day. But please don't worry, because there may be a way to be able to enjoy that last day of your tickets. I find that speaking to a Cast Member about my options has always served me well, when looking to find out about the status of my tickets.
To start the process, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with a solution to your ticket question.
