I have a one day ticket on MD experience however when I try to reserve a park reservation it is saying the ticket I’m trying to link is already assigned? Running out of time to reserve a park

Thank you for reaching out to planDisney, Michele! Mickey and I are happy you're planning a magical vacation, but it's not so magical when you're experiencing technical issues. I'll do my best to point you in the right direction!

First, I advise you to sign out of your My Disney Experience account and then sign back in. It's possible the site was experiencing a glitch. Next, hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right of the screen. You  should see a drop-down menu full of options, one of which will say, "Disney Park Pass System." Click on this, and it should bring you to a new screen where you can begin making your Park Pass reservations! Fingers double-crossed!

If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765, and they will be able to access your account to assist you. They're available seven days a week from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Sometimes, there are linking issues with theme park tickets, especially when bought from third-party vendors. If they are experiencing high call volume, you can try Ticketing Guest Services at (407) 939-7662. For the menu, say "Tickets," and then select option 4.

I'm sending you some pixie dust that you'll get your tickets sorted out quickly, Michele! In the meantime, be sure to read up on all the 50th Anniversary Celebration; there are lots of things to see and do. See ya real soon!
