First, I advise you to sign out of your
My Disney Experience account and then sign back in. It's possible the site was experiencing a glitch. Next, hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right of the screen. You should see a drop-down menu full of options, one of which will say, "
Disney Park Pass System." Click on this, and it should bring you to a new screen where you can begin making your Park Pass reservations! Fingers double-crossed!
If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-7765, and they will be able to access your account to assist you. They're available seven days a week from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Sometimes, there are linking issues with theme park tickets, especially when bought from third-party vendors. If they are experiencing high call volume, you can try Ticketing Guest Services at (407) 939-7662. For the menu, say "Tickets," and then select option 4.
