I have a One day Park hopper ticket. How do I pick the two parks I want to visit on that one day?

    Hi Uma! Welcome to planDisney!

You're going to get to experience some true magic when you visit Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season! If you've never been at this time of year before you have SO much to look forward to.  To be honest, last year was the very first time I visited during the holidays and I CAN NOT wait to get back again for this holiday season! I love the Parks at any time of year but there's just something extra special about watching the snow fall on Main Street U.S.A., seeing your favorite character pals dressed in their holiday best, and enjoying the beautiful music of the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays  - Candlelight Processional as you round the bend to the America Gardens Theatre.

Since you've already purchased your one-day Park Hopper Option Theme Park Ticket you're well on your way to enjoying an amazingly magical day within the Parks.  Did you know that with the Park Hopper Option you don't have to stop at just two Parks? You can actually visit all four Theme Parks in one day if you wish!

Right now all Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort need both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a Theme Park Reservation to enter their first Park of the day.   Currently, if you choose to "hop" to another Theme Park anytime after 2 p.m. you do not need a reservation for your second, third or fourth Park of the day.

To select the first Park you plan to enjoy on your visit head to the Theme Park Reservation calendar and make sure that Park is still available.  If it is, you can make your Theme Park Reservations on the Walt Disney World website through your My Disney Experience account or through your My Disney Experience mobile app.  On the mobile app, click the middle icon in the bottom row and then select "Make or Modify Park Reservations".  If you're logged in and your Theme Park Tickets are linked to your account you'll click "Book Park Reservation".  If your Tickets are not yet linked you'll be able to add them during this step.  Click "Continue" to populate an interactive calendar that will let you select your arrival date and then scroll down to pick your first Park of the day! Hopefully, this all goes smoothly and you'll have chosen whichever Park you plan to watch the sunrise in!

We'll see ya real soon, Uma!

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
