If we come for just one day and park hop. Is it possible to do Midway Mania in the morning, got Epcot do World Showcase, have lunch at Coral Reef and end the day off with a Dole Whip while checking out the New Fantasyland. Is it too much? Thanks.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Amy!  We have the same adventurous spirit as I have also visited three parks in one day recently! I definitely think your itinerary is doable since you are planning to start your day at Disney's Hollywood Studios in order to experience Toy Story Midway Mania! first!  If you will be utilizing Disney's complimentary transportation when traveling between the parks, consider taking the Friendship Ferry (water taxi) from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Epcot.  This will allow you to enter via the International Gateway, which will place you right in the heart of World Showcase. You can then make your way up to Coral Reef Restaurant which is located in Future World. From Epcot, you can travel to Magic Kingdom Park via the monorail. As a huge fan of the Dole Whip Float, I can certainly understand wanting to end your evening with the amazing treat while enjoying New Fantasyland. I would recommend arriving at DIsney's Hollywood Studios at park opening to better ensure that you have ample time to experience all that is on your "must do" list for the day. I hope this information helps! Please don't hesitate to write me back with any additional questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Amy!
