How does one cancel an active annual pass ??

    Hi Edward!

    Welcome to planDisney!

While you cannot cancel an Annual Pass at this time, Annual Passes do not automatically renew each year. So, when you get to the end of your year, you can simply let it expire.

To find out when your pass will expire, you can check out your ticket details online or on the My Disney Experience app.

On Disney World’s website, click My Disney Experience and scroll down to the section titled “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” From there, click on “Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker.” Your expiration date will be listed under your Annual Pass.

To find this information on your My Disney Experience app, click the 3 lines in the bottom right corner, then click “My Tickets & Passes.” The expiration date will be listed under the barcode of your Annual Pass.

If you end up changing your mind and would like to keep your Annual Pass, you can renew your Annual Pass with a special renewal benefit (subject to change) anywhere from 60 days before to 30 days after the expiration date. So, you’ll have a bit of a grace period to make your decision!

In the meantime, I hope you can take advantage of all the great perks happening for Annual Passholders this summer! Not only are there some incredible dining discounts right now, but Annual Passholder preview dates for Test Track were also just announced. You can read all about the current perks here

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!
