    Once puchased Lightning Lane Multi Pass can I cancel for a refund

    Hi Gary,  

    Welcome to planDisney! I have to say that when I visit Walt Disney World Resort, Lightning Lane Multi Pass is a must for me. With so many incredible attractions to experience, I love maximizing my time and minimizing my waits, giving me more time for snacks and shows along the way!  

    To answer your question, Lightning Lane Multi Pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. This means that they cannot be canceled for a refund after you've secured your passes. I know this may not be the response you hoped for, but let’s look at ways to make the most of your situation.  

    • Modify Your Plans – While you can’t cancel, you can modify your selections throughout the day. If your plans change, use the My Disney Experience app to adjust your Lightning Lane selections to fit your schedule better.
    • Reschedule Your Park Day – If you need to move your theme park reservation to another day, you can modify your existing Lightning Lane selections to fit your new itinerary. Just be sure that your chosen attractions are still available! My friend Amy C walked a Guest through this process earlier; check out her response!
    • Enjoy the Flexibility – With multiple Lightning Lane selections throughout the day, you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to experience the attractions you love while keeping your schedule flexible.
