Once the park hours are listed are they subject to change? Just want to make sure no one has rented out the park, etc. on the days we'll be there so I can start coming up with our park plan.

Hey there, Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney!

Can you believe you'll be sailing on a voyage to Arendelle, helping save the galaxy from Evil Emperor Zurg, and fighting alongside The Resistance against The First Order in less than two months? I bet you can't wait, so let that final countdown commence!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in all of my years of visiting Walt Disney World Resort, it’s to pack a little extra flexibility in your suitcase. It could be something as simple as an unexpected rainstorm to learning your favorite attraction will be closed for refurbishment during your long-awaited vacation two weeks before you leave, but having the ability to pivot in the unexpected will ensure the magic continues for you no matter what. In fact, you might even create some of your favorite vacation memories during these detours.

Park hours, like many things, are subject to change without notice. Typically, special events that close a park down early are planned well in advance, but it’s not impossible for last-minute situations to arise. In my experience, the crowds are very light on days when a park closes down early, which equates to lower wait times, so it's still worth visiting that day. Plus, if you have a theme park ticket with the Park Hopper option, you can simply Park Hop to another park for more fun when that early closing time comes.

If, for some reason, the park hours do change ahead of your trip, you always have the option of modifying your Theme Park Reservations. Simply go to “My Plans” in your My Disney Experience account online and scroll down to the “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets” section. Find the Disney Park Pass (Theme Park Reservation) on the date you wish to modify, and click “Manage Reservation.” You will be taken to a screen that allows you to modify the park you wish to visit (subject to availability). You can then follow that process for any other dates you wish to modify.

Jennifer, I hope this information puts your mind at ease. Remember, no matter what happens, you’re going to The Most Magical Place on Earth. What could be better than that?

    Think happy thoughts,
    Alyssa
