How old do you have to be to book a room in disney world?

    Hi Kim,

At least one person in the party has to be 18 at the time of check-in at the hotel.

As a high school graduation present, in a few weeks my 17 year old daughter will be visiting Walt Disney World for the first time without parents around. (Needless to say, she is VERY excited.) We were able to do this because she's going with two girlfriends, one of whom will turn 18 just prior to the trip and another who will turn 18 during the trip. Their visit was booked several months ago, when all the girls were 17, but the trip is fine because there will be an 18 year old in the room at the time of the actual visit.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
