Heigh-Ho Lacy,
What to do about tickets that may be as Old as Time? With a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust I’m hoping a Cast Member can give you some magical news.
Before reaching out to a Cast Member, and if you have not already done so, I recommend creating a
My Disney Experience profile. Once your ticket inquiry has been reviewed a Cast Member can link it to your My Disney Experience. Here you are able to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation along with many other Walt Disney World vacation planning options.
Download the mobile app for more features to be used during your planning process and while you are visiting.
While
you are able to email your question to Guest Relations, I recommend in your case speaking to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. I think verbal communication is key here to explain your ticket inquiry. Have your Ticket ID Number accessible. Currently, Cast Members are handling a high call volume. I suggest calling at 7:00 a.m. when phone lines open and a Cast Member will happily assist.
After everything has worked out take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar for the dates you are interested in. Availability is limited and not guaranteed until you have completed your Disney Park Reservation. You are able to modify/cancel your Disney Park Pass reservation through your My Disney Experience web profile and mobile app.
I hope this helps and as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation feel free to reach out to us for any magical and fun inquiries you may have.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
