    I have old No Expiration tickets plus Park Hopping on MDE account. I also have single day tickets with no park hopper. How do I make sure my magicband uses the right ticket? We want to use the Park Hopper on day 2 and not day 1. Thanks!

    Hi Melissa! Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am sure you are so excited about your upcoming Disney Parks vacation!  You mention that you plan on park hopping-it is the best way to enjoy fun, food, and excitement in more than one park in one day during your stay.

    If you have concerns about the order in which your tickets are being used from your My Disney Experience account during your stay, pay a visit to the friendly Cast Members at Guest Relations prior to entering your first park.  They are located outside each park and also in Disney Springs. They can help you prioritize your tickets so the one that you want to use is put first in your queue for your trip.  You can double-check that the ticket that you intended to use was the one that was indeed used by looking at My Disney Experience after you have gained admission to the theme park of your choice for your first day.  Your park hopper ticket should still show as being valid in My Disney Experience (you indicated that you intended on using that for the second day of your stay).

    I hope you have planned a visit to Epcot during your stay-you'll be at the Walt Disney World Resort during one of my favorite festivals-the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival.  This festival is full of amazing photo opportunities!  I love the different topiaries throughout the World Showcase; I hope you have a chance to explore this phenomenal combination of art and nature.
