Hey there, hi there, Glenn! Welcome! We are very glad you stopped by.
I always find a bit of magic with every visit I make to
Walt Disney World, Glenn, but even the most pixie-dusted
MagicBands have a limit to the amount of magic they can provide. Generally speaking, MagicBands have about two good years in them, and then the non-changeable batteries no longer work.
If you've been to the theme parks or a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel within the past two years and have a MagicBand from one of those stays, it might just work. But, never fear. You can bring the MagicBands you have with you, and they'll be happy to check them either at the front desk of your Disney resort or at guest services at the theme parks or
Disney Springs.
You also have the option to use
Disney's MagicMobile service, Glenn. Once you've linked your
theme park tickets and your hotel reservations in your
My Disney Experience app, you'll be able to set it up so that you just have to scan your cell phone to get into the parks or link
Disney PhotoPass images. You can also use the phone to mobile order food, and with your My Disney Experience app, you can open your resort room door.
Another option is the good old-fashioned card, which you can get from Guest Services.
Have a practically perfect visit to Walt Disney World!
