    I have some old 5day park hopper tickets that I know have a day or so left on them. How do I check this out ??

    Welcome to planDisney, Dale! Thanks for sending us your question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. 

    To find out about the status of your current theme park tickets, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:

    -Confirmation numbers you received when you purchased the tickets/ or pictures of the tickets

    -Include your name

    -Daytime telephone number where you can be reached

    -Where and when the ticket was purchased

    -Purchaser’s name

    -Form of payment used 

    Explain your situation in the email and within a few days, Disney will reach out with some options for you. It's always a good idea to ask, because there may be something they can do for you!
