    How old does a child have to be to have a mydisney account and be linked to our family plans?

    Hi Marika!

    Thanks for stopping by and visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. With a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, the planning really builds up the excitement and magic for your vacation to come, and with My Disney Experience, you literally have all the tools you need at your fingertips!

    Guests ages 13 years and older are able to create their own My Disney Experience accounts with a valid email address. For our younger mouseketeers, an adult will create a profile for them within their My Disney Experience to be managed that way. The great thing is though, you can log in to your My Disney Experience account on multiple devices, so even if your kiddo is eager to help with the planning process, you can just log in to your account on their device. Just be careful to walk them through everything so they don't accidentally delete that coveted Advanced Dining Reservation you've had for months!
