It looks like you may have a piece of treasure in your possession. How cool would it be if you can use your old annual pass voucher to tap into the magic this year or beyond? The best piece of advice that I have is that you can reach out to a Disney Cast Member to see if it still has value that can be put toward a current pass offering.
There are a couple of ways that you check an old ticket or pass's worth:
-Since you may already have plans to visit in-person, you can go to a theme park's ticket window or
Guest Relations location or the Disney Springs
Disney Ticket Center to inquire about your old pass. Be sure to have the physical ticket with you or its identifying information ready to go.
-Send an email that includes a photo of the front and back of the voucher to this email address: Ticket.Usage@disneyworld.com. Provide any additional information that you believe would be useful to Cast Members, such as your name and when the pass was purchased or received. Give them up to 14 days to respond to your request.
AN EXTRA GEM: Depending on the result of your inquiry, you could be asked to pay the difference between the value of your old pass and the price of the current
Incredi Pass.
