Hi, is it okay to bring in our own snacks & water into the parks? I know of other parks that will not allow this.

    Hi Jeannette,

Yes. It is absolutely OK to bring your own food and beverages into the Walt Disney World theme parks and water parks. You may not bring in alcohol or glass containers (other than baby food jars), but other than that, you're good to go. There will be a security checkpoint when you enter the park, but they are monitoring for safety, not food.

There are some restrictions on the size of coolers you're allowed to bring into the parks. You can find this information on the Theme Park FAQ page on the Walt Disney World website. I find that I have the most luck when I bring food into the park in a lunchbox-sized soft cooler.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if we can provide additional assistance.
