    Bright Suns, Sharon!

I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney with this great question!

Galaxy's Edge at Hollywood Studios is truly an out-of-this-world adventure that transports you right into the heart of the Star Wars galaxy. From the moment you step foot onto the planet Batuu, you're surrounded by the sights, sounds, and even smells of a galaxy far, far away. Whether you're taking control of the Millennium Falcon, customizing your own lightsaber, or encountering Resistance fighters and members of the First Order, the attention to detail is incredible. It's not just a themed land, it's a fully immersive, story-driven experience that makes you feel like you're part of the action.

For my family, no visit to Galaxy's Edge feels complete without making a reservation at Oga's Cantina. With its galactic beats, exotic drinks, and lively atmosphere, it's the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and get a good dose of Star Wars vibes.

Sharon, as a wheelchair user myself, I'd love to share what I typically do when I visit Oga's Cantina. When you check in with a Cast Member for your reservation, I recommend letting them know about your specific needs, especially that you're unable to stand for extended periods. In my experience, Cast Members have been very accommodating, and my family has been seated at a table with proper seating. It can sometimes take a little extra time to arrange, so I suggest arriving about 15 minutes early to give them a heads-up and allow time for necessary adjustments.

While you're exploring Galaxy's Edge, be sure to consider purchasing a Lightning Lane Single Pass for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. While the standby queue is always an option, I personally love maximizing our time in the parks...and this attraction is absolutely worth planning for. If you're staying at a Disney Resort, you'll be able to purchase this pass up to 7 days before your check-in date. Otherwise, you can buy it 3 days before your park visit.

I hope this information is helpful, Sharon! Please visit us again at planDisney if you have any other questions throughout your planning journey!

May the Force be with you,

    Kami
