Do you offer passes for people with disabilities?

    Hiya, Raquel!

I'm so happy to welcome you to the most magical panel on Earth — planDisney! Planning a Walt Disney World vacation is such an amazing and exciting part of the overall journey. From choosing the perfect resort to mapping out your park days, every detail adds to the fun, and I'm truly honored to play even a small part in helping you create those unforgettable memories.

One of the many reasons my family returns to Walt Disney World year after year is because of the incredible level of care and attention they give to ensure every Guest has a magical experience, no matter their individual needs. Disney is truly committed to creating an inclusive environment, and that dedication shines through in a wide variety of thoughtful and innovative support services available to Guests with disabilities.

Walt Disney World offers a wide range of accommodations designed to support Guests with various types of disabilities, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to experience the magic in a way that's comfortable and inclusive. One of these accommodations is Disability Access Service (DAS), a program created specifically for Guests who, due to a developmental disability, are unable to wait in a traditional standby queue for extended periods. DAS allows eligible Guests to schedule return times for attractions, helping to reduce time spent physically waiting in line.

For Guests with mobility disabilities, you'll be glad to know that the majority of the attraction queues are designed to be wheelchair accessible, and for those that are not, there are alternative entrances. In addition, many rides offer transfer options or modified loading procedures to help ensure a smooth and comfortable boarding experience.

I highly recommend reviewing Disney's Accessibility Planning Guide & Recommendations before your visit. This comprehensive resource outlines the various services and accommodations available across the parks and can help you determine what works best for your specific needs.

Raquel, I know that was a lot of information to take in, so if you have any follow-up questions or need anything clarified, don't hesitate to reach out to us again at planDisney. We're always here and happy to help make your planning journey a little bit easier!

    Magic Awaits,
