This is an off the wall question, but the answer is important to my sons. At Once upon a Toy, they want to visit the "Create your lightsaber" kiosk. My fear is that we won't be able to take on airplane home. Can we de-assemble them for suitcas

There are Create Your Own Lightsaber stations at both the Once Upon A Toy store at Downtown Disney and at the exit to the Star Tours attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

I have never heard of anyone having difficulty with a lightsaber toy on an airplane. To the scanners at the airport, they look more like a flashlight than a weapon. However, if you were concerned, you could disassemble the sabers prior to your departure from Walt Disney World.

Have a wonderful trip to WDW!
