    What off site grocery store would you recomend?

    Hi, Maura!  My go to grocery store is the Publix on Apopka-Vineland Road (535), which is about a ten minute drive from the Downtown Disney area.  There is a closer market - Goodings in the Crossroads shopping center directly across the street from Downtown Disney, but their prices always seem to be significantly higher to me than what I pay at home, so I only go there if I'm facing a time crunch.

    Another good market, also about a 10-15 minute ride from Downtown Disney is Albertson's - also heading north on Apopka-Vineland Road.  They will allow you to fax your order to them and have it ready for you to pick up when you arrive - which works great if you are using a taxi to get there!
