Hey, Judith! I was able to hop aboard the
Disney Skyliner shortly after it opened and I have to say, I am a big fan! Instead of waiting for a Disney bus on that hot afternoon, we were soon riding high above and admiring the unique views. I absolutely loved the vantage point from up there as we approached Epcot. We did try several of the routes, so I have some information to share with you to help you understand how the stops work during your Disney Skyliner travels.
When you leave Epcot via the Disney Skyliner, you will first come to Disney's Riviera Resort. Guests are not required to exit here, but can if they wish to do so. If you continue on, you will have to exit at the stop for Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, as it is an "end of the line station." You can then walk just a few steps away to the separate line that will take you to Disney's Hollywood Studios. So you will have one transfer to make on your way between the two parks.
When disembarking at Disney's Caribbean Resort, please note the signage as there are three main lines at work at this central hub station. There is a queue for guests heading to the shared station at Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney Art of Animation Resort. Adjacent to it is the Disney's Hollywood Studios queue and adjacent to that one is the Epcot queue. When I traveled on the Disney Skyliner, the queues did move very quickly and the overall travel time was significantly less than what I was used to on other
transportation types.I hope this information helps you plan for a magical ride aboard the Disney Skyliner! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
