Hi Moms! So we are going in October and I noticed the week we are going Disney isn't offering their dinning plan, is this a blessing in disguise - will it be less busy because people book when there is a free dinning plan?

Renee, I was so happy to read your take on this. Your glass is clearly half full, and you will fit in just fine in Disney!

Honestly your attitude is just great, and in my opinion, the best way to look at this. Free dining is typically offered when attendance is lower, so it does draw crowds to what had previously been less-busy times. Also, there will be many people who adjust their travel dates slightly so that they can take advantage of the free dining promo.

And it is a great deal, for sure! But as you pointed out, there are definite advantages to visiting in between the dates when free dining is offered.

Keep that positive outlook and you are sure to have a great vacation, dining plan or not!
