I have an Oct trip booked and just had a Feb trip. Now, I'm planning a 3rd trip in May. Is there a way to get credit for the Feb. trip and just buy annual passes for the year? if I buy the passes now are they good for 365 days from the purchase date?

    Hi Maggie,

Wow! It sounds like you have one incredible year planned!

While a newly purchased Walt Disney World Annual Pass cannot take the place of your theme park tickets from February, you might still discover that an Annual Pass is still a great idea. For one, once you have one, there is always a reason to book another vacation! With unlimited, complimentary Disney PhotoPass downloads, discounts on dining, Resort hotel reservations, and shopping, and much more, there is a whole new world of reasons to love being an Annual Passholder.

Walt Disney World Annual Passes are valid for one year from the date that you activate it. Activation is the moment when you "Put the Mickey on the Mickey" at the entrance to a theme park, using it for the very first time. You can actually purchase it as far in advance as you please, but it isn't activated until you enter a theme park.

I hope that helps, Maggie! Come back and visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any future questions.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
