Hello, how would i obtain a permit to do a maternity photoshoot inside the park?

Hiya, Hailey. Thank you for visiting planDisney!

There is nothing better than celebrating life's milestones at The Happiest Place on Earth! Unfortunately, the Disneyland Resort Rules state that "Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind, or otherwise engaging in any activity, for unapproved commercial purposes" is prohibited at the Disneyland Resort. To confirm this resort rule, I contacted a Cast Member, who confirmed that it is not possible to obtain a photo permit for a maternity shoot. I am sorry if this is disappointing news, Peyton.

I do have a couple of suggestions to capture some magical, maternity memories. First, you could use the Disney PhotoPass photographers to capture pictures throughout both parks. I would suggest getting into the parks as early as possible to limit the number of other Guests in the background. The Disneyland website has a helpful list of all the Disneyland PhotoPass Photographer locations. There are so many locations to choose from! Be sure to purchase the Disney PhotoPass+ One Day package and get every image taken throughout your day!

Hailey, another option would be to have a friend or family member snap photos of you throughout the parks. Just be mindful that you should not block walkways or inhibit other Guests from enjoying the parks. My pal Al provided some fantastic photo location suggestions in another answer - I think you should check it out here

I hope this information helps, Hailey. Thank you for stopping by. Please let me know if I can assist with anything else!

    See ya real soon,
    Melissa
