    where can I obtain my payment statements?

    I am so happy to hear that you made your final payments on your fabulous Walt Disney World Resort vacation. 

    If you are looking for payments made on your My Disney Experience Account you will need to contact Guest Services. I find that the best way to do this is by emailing guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com. Alternatively, you can call (407) 939-6104 and the friendly Cast Members will be happy to assist you. Be sure that you have the dates of your stay and your confirmation number handy!
