I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues making your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. If you can, try to make your reservations on a home computer. Whenever I have issues using my cell phone or the My Disney Experience App, I sign on to my computer and it always seems to help. Try to make sure your browser is updated and you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari browsers to make your plans. They work the best for official Disney websites.
If you still aren’t able to make your reservations it may be best to call the resort at +001 (407) 827-7146 to speak to a Cast Member. You can also
send an email to the resort. Many times Cast Members are able to help us with glitches on our
My Disney Experience account that we can’t resolve on our own.
