    Hi! Ny friends and I bought tickets on march 3rd, but we’ve had trouble with the website and haven’t been able to male the park reservations. We’re travelling from Chile so we don’t really have a lot of margin to reschedule the visit. What can we do?

    Hi Miren and welcome to planDisney! Your magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is just a few weeks away! Thank you for sending us your planning question.

    I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues making your Disney Park Pass Reservations. If you can, try to make your reservations on a home computer. Whenever I have issues using my cell phone or the My Disney Experience App, I sign on to my computer and it always seems to help. Try to make sure your browser is updated and you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari browsers to make your plans. They work the best for official Disney websites.

    If you still aren’t able to make your reservations it may be best to call the resort at +001 (407) 827-7146 to speak to a Cast Member. You can also send an email to the resort. Many times Cast Members are able to help us with glitches on our My Disney Experience account that we can’t resolve on our own.
