I am a nursing mom that pumps. I need to know if the baby care centers in the parks are configured to accomidate a mom that needs to plug in an electric pump.

    This is no problem.

Each of the parks has a baby care center. The locations of these are located on the park maps. The baby care centers do have rooms set aside especially for nursing. You would also be welcome to use these rooms to pump milk for your baby. The baby care center nursing rooms have electrical outlets and nearby refrigeration.

If you'd like to take a look at a nursing room, click on Moms Panel video link. (Currently this is near the top right of the page and says something about Kris Allen.) Scroll through the videos till you find the one called "Baby Care Centers."
