    How about Nursery ? When I tried to reserve it was grayed and not allowing me .. Is this means reservations is completed ? If yes, How I will know about the nursery availability ?

    As long as you are within your first-time cruiser 75-day window of booking, you should be able to reserve the nursery, unless that particular time is full. If you are still having problems, I suggest calling Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-951-3532. The reservation agents there will be able to look up the specific time you'd like the nursery reservation and help you with that. They can also let you know what other days and times are available in the nursery.
