I have 2 numbers for the Magic Passes. When I enter the numbers I get invalid ID

    Heigh-Ho Rich,

I am Happy to hEAR you are using your My Disney Experience profile. When it’s not Grumpy and giving you a hard time, this will be your vacation hub as you continue to plan and even during your Walt Disney World stay. Become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience profile both online and through the mobile app. This handy-dandy tool has so much Magic to offer.

To link Walt Disney World tickets, typically Guests will sign into their My Disney Experience profile, select My Plans, highlight Park Tickets and select Link Tickets. Guests must have on hand either a Will Call Confirmation Number or the 12-digit Ticket ID Number. Where prompted, Guests will enter the number(s) and continue on with linking and assigning. But clearly, some spell has been cast on your numbers and we must seek the wisdom of a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. They will sprinkle some pixie dust and undo this bothersome spell and link your tickets to your My Disney Experience profile so you can continue on your adventure of making Disney Park Pass reservations

I do hope this has been helpful and please continue to ask any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries you may have. Stay up to date with all announcements by following the Disney Parks Blog and follow us on Instagram (@plandisneypanel) for further Disney Magic.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
