What number do I call to cancel a dinning reservation?

Hey, Steve! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks so much for stopping by with your question. The easiest way to cancel a dining reservation is to use your My Disney Experience mobile app. Just sign on to your account and find your reservation in My Plans. When you click on the dining reservation, you will find options to Cancel or Modify. If you think there may be an alternate day during your trip that you may want to visit that dining experience, then click the option for Modify to search for availability. Guests change their plans frequently, so keep checking back if you do not see your preferred date. If you do wish to go ahead and cancel it, then click that button. Some dining reservations, such as Cinderella's Royal Table, require prepayment. If you are owed a refund, then that refund will be submitted within a few days to the original payment source.

Please note that dining reservations must be canceled within a certain timeframe, which does vary. Some are within 24 hours of the reservation time, while others require cancellation at least 48 hours or more. You can find the cancellation policy in each email confirmation that you received after booking the experience. If you have difficulty canceling your dining reservation, then you will need to call the Disney Dining line at (407) WDW-DINE, or (407) 939-3463, to speak with a Cast Member.

Thanks again for bringing your question to us and please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
