We will be there in November. I think my daughter would love the Pirates & Pals Fireworks cruise- unless it's cold! Do the cruises usually fill up, or do you think we would be able to purchase tickets while we are there?

    Hi, Shannon!

I have no doubt your daughter will love the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage! My family experienced Pirates & Pals last November and we had a fabulous time; in fact, I would say that this was one of the most memorable experiences we've ever had as a family at Walt Disney World Resort to date! My 7-year-old daughter still talks excitedly about the Pirates & Pals experience. She had so much fun at the pre-party sampling all the wonderful treats and had a blast interacting with some special characters visiting from Never Land both before and after the actual cruise. We enjoyed being able to watch Wishes from the water; you can really take in the grand scale and scope of the spectacular fireworks when you have such an awesome panoramic view. And while you're sailing out on the Seven Seas Lagoon, your pirate host Patch is sure to keep you entertained with songs, jokes and even a Disney trivia contest (with prizes!) during your journey.

If the weather turns chilly the evening of your voyage, no worries -- just be sure to bundle up with a warm jacket. It doesn't actually get too cold on the boat because it's covered and not completely open. The Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage is very popular, so I would recommend purchasing your tickets in advance. It would be so disappointing to find out that there is no availability on the evening you plan to go. You may also want to bear in mind that the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage is normally scheduled Friday through Monday only, so it doesn't run every day of the week. Yo ho, it's a pirate's life for you!
